- Saturday Sessions: Wear your Winter Weekend t-shirt given at the meet & greet!
- Pack walking shoes & layers for winter weather; sessions and program are indoors, but many activities are a short walk outside!
Check-In & Arrival
A static cling for your vehicle will be sent by mail! Please install it before you arrive to the Omni for a smooth drive-thru check-in. See instructional video for install help.
Arrival Time
Arrive anytime after 3PM. If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., your room will still be ready for you.
*The goal is to have all rooms ready by 3:00 p.m., but because we’re a large group, some may not be available right at arrival—thank you for extending grace to our Omni hosts and team.*

CANCELLATION:
Attending Winter Weekend is not mandatory; however, if you have RSVP'd and cancel leading up to Winter Weekend, you may be asked to reimburse the company for any non-refundable costs.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG-FREE POLICY
Winter Weekend is an extension of our alcohol- and drug-free workplace policy.
