Winter Weekend is a time for the company to come together to communicate the latest & greatest news throughout our businesses, celebrate milestones, awards & more, and connect with team members and their families from other regions & departments.

WALKING DISTANCE

Scissortail Park: Enjoy the free, newly opened sports facilities and walking trails with views of the Oklahoma River.

Myriad Botanical Gardens & Crystal Bridge Conservatory: The free outdoor area features gardens and a children's playground while the indoor conservatory displays thousands of scenic paintings and a variety of plants.

Brickopolis: This family-friendly attraction features two stories of interactive laser tag, arcade games, and an 18-hole mini golf course. Enjoy a pizza and salad bar buffet or have a seat at the grill for burgers and wings.

Oklahoma City Museum of Art: Experience a dynamic range of exhibitions from North America, Europe, and Asia. Children's admission is free.

Riversport OKC: Find adventures like indoor snow skiing and a six-story Sky Trail course at this downtown attraction. Riversport also offers a youth zone filled with activities for younger children and a free playground.

Summit Gyms: These old grain silos have been converted into a 90-foot tall climbing gym with top rope, lead, auto-belay, and bouldering.

Oklahoma City Zoo & Botanical Garden: Discover the wonders of wildlife and wild places with world-class habitats including Great EscApe, Cat Forest/Lion Overlook, Oklahoma Trails and Sanctuary Asia. Online reservations are encouraged.

Science Museum Oklahoma: This premier destination for family fun houses more than eight acres of hands-on science experiences with thousands of space, aviation and cultural artifacts.

National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum: Experience Western history, art, and culture through educational exhibits.

First Americans Museum: This 175,000-square-foot museum showcases state-of-the-art exhibitions in First American history, culture, and art.

Throughout the weekend, there are some sessions that attendance is required.
These times are indicated with an asterisk.

Check-in Information

Hotel Check-In begins at 3:00pm.

Be sure to bring your static cling and place it on your front windshield before coming through the check-in line!

Room availability will be prioritized by room type to help accommodate families! Adjoining rooms will be prioritized first, followed by double queens followed by single kings! If you arrive before your room is available, you can still grab your garage parking pass and streetcar pass and hit the town! We’ll then let you know when your room is ready!

If you check in after 6:00 p.m. your keys will be available at the front desk!

SATURDAY ATTIRE

We will provide a long-sleeved Winter Weekend t-shirt for you & your family/guests to wear! You will receive your shirts at the Welcome Reception on Friday evening.

SATURDAY NIGHT

Be sure to bundle up and bring a lawn blanket Saturday night in OKC! We are wrapping up the night with a surprise OUTSIDE!

Event Policies

As we enjoy our time together, just a quick reminder of Company policies that continue to be in effect:

CANCELLATION POLICY |
Attending Winter Weekend is not mandatory; however, if you have RSVP’d and cancel leading up to the Winter Weekend, you may be asked to reimburse the company for any non-refundable costs. Non-refundable costs could include the amount invested for the hotel accommodation, food, and other weekend expenses.

Prior to December 8th: No Cancellation Fee
December 9th-22: $50 per person
December 23rd- January 11th: $75 per person
January 12 and after: $150 per person
No Show: $150 per person
 

ALCOHOL AND DRUG-FREE POLICY |
We are committed to being an alcohol and drug-free, healthy, and safe environment. The use and/or possession of alcohol and illegal substances is not allowed at work, while away on Company travel, or when attending business-related functions. Some examples include but are not limited to: Company retreats, conferences, Company-sponsored community events, vision trips, etc.

TOBACCO, E-CIGARETTE, AND NICOTINE-FREE POLICY |
The use of any tobacco, e-cigarettes, or nicotine-related products is not allowed while away on Company travel or when attending business-related functions. Some examples include but not limited to: Company retreats, conferences, company-sponsored community events, vision trips, etc.
